Delivery Information

Our deliveries are outsourced to an expedited delivery service providing a consistently fast and efficient service. All of our consignments are traceable from source to destination and for security purposes require a signature upon delivery - this guarantees the secure delivery and safe passage of your items.

For an accurate delivery cost to your chosen shipping address please use our online "Estimate Shipping & Tax" facility found within your Shopping Basket, once you have added all your items. This service will accurately derive delivery options and costs based on your quantity of goods, weight and delivery location.

United Kingdom deliveries

We offer free delivery as standard on our deliveries to England, Scotland & Wales (unless otherwise stated below). Please note that due to courier limitations we are unable to offer a free delivery service for the whole of the United Kingdom. You may find these exceptions below.

International deliveries

We try our hardest to provide our customers with the most competitive shipping and handling service regardless of location. Unfortunately this makes our shipping calculations very complicated. If you would like to find out the delivery costs for your location please use our shipping charge calculator built into our shopping basket. Changing the delivery location will calculate an instant delivery charge.

Your delivery may arrive anytime between 8.00AM & 6.00PM, please ensure you are available to receive your delivery as there will be a redelivery charge at our standard delivery rates.


Large orders may be palletised for ease of transport and to mitigate any chance of damaging goods. In these events our couriers will be unable to open pallets and transport individual goods due to insurance purposes. This type of palletised delivery is also classified as kerb side, therefore it is your responsibility to accept delivery at the kerb side, if this is unacceptable please discuss with your sales advisor prior to ordering and they may be able to organise an alternative shipping method. Any pallets and packaging will be left with you to recycle or dispose of.

Damaged goods

On receipt of the goods please inspect carefully for damage and advise the carrier's driver accordingly. If you are unable to fully inspect the goods for whatever reason, please sign the consignment note as "unexamined". Should you sign the consignment note as "received in good condition", you may be liable for any damages.

In the unlikely event you receive any damaged goods please advise us via e-mail to or by telephone on 01473 276686 within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damaged goods by email.
