'Commendable Company'
A genuine, effective and efficient Company with considerate staff in very respectable premises to which I returned the initial oversized heater..Many thanks for the immediate response to my self imposed mistake, the smaller model ( HAVERLAND Simple 10 Radiator ) fits a treat, looks good and so far, is a heat treat, especially having the manual control facility .. kind regards .. Good so far has its only been installed for a week and we haven't had severe cold weather as yet !!

Excellent response when I realized that I had ordered the wrong heater on line. A telephone call enabled this to be cancelled and the correct heater then ordered.
